APPLICATION FOR PROJECT PLACEMENT IN SELANGOR
 

The Industrial Coordination Act, 1975 requires person(s) engaging in any manufacturing activity with shareholder's funds of RM2.5 million and above or employing 75 or more full time paid employees to obtain a Manufacturing License.

As one of the requirement by MIDA, the applicant(s) must obtain a "Surat Tiada Halangan" (Permohonan Penempatan Projek di Selangor) before the Manufacturing License can be awarded.

The applicant(s) must submit the PP1NSDE Form to SSIC Berhad with all the required documents as mentioned in the form.
