  INVESTMENT OPTIONS
  Investor have option to build own facility or lease one or more of the pre-built facilities which are available. The project components comprise;

A multi-storey Leased Office Building (LOB) serves as PKFZ'z business centre. Facilities within the building are designed for use as operations and trade offices as well as conventions and trade exhibitions.

Pre-Built Light Industrial Units (LIU) to be used as factories or warehouses.

Serviced land Plots.
LAND RATES (Open Area) : Rate of RM1.80 per square ft. per annum (USD 0.47 per square ft. per annum). Plots available in various sizes for long term leases.
LIGHT INDUSTRIAL UNITS (LIUs) : Rate of RM18.00 per square ft. per annum (USD 4.74 per square ft. per annum). 512 pre-built units, 5,487 sq ft. with office space for short or long term leases.
LEASED OFFICE BUILDING (LOB) - PRE-BUILT : Rate of RM22.80 per square ft. per annum (USD 6.00 per square ft. per annum). Four 8-storey LOBs to be built.

AMENITIES : Port Klang Free Zone is a complete one-stop-centre that will be fully equipped with a vast range of facilities and amenities. PKFZ's DEVELOPMENT CONCEPT : PKFZ is an integrated 1,000 acre international cargo distribution and consolidation centre situated on Pulau Indah, Port Klang Authority (PKA), the owner of the site is undertaking the development of PKFZ under a management agreement with JAFZA International, the international management section of Jebel Ali Free Zone in Dubai, the world's foremost authority on free zone management. PKA, which is a statutory corporation has oversight of the development of port facilities in Port Klang. Its decision to develop PKFZ represents a giant step towards fulfilling the Malaysian Government's objective of making Port Klang a regional distribution base as well as a trade and logistics centre. The project is a mixed development comprising manufacturing activities complemented by amenities designed to facilitate the growth of regional distribution centres or international procurement centres. Through the partnership with JAFZA International, PKFZ will ensure a high level of experties, skillful management and ideal environment for businenesses to grow and succeed. PKFZ is designed to promote entreport trade and manufacturing industries involved in producing goods primarily for export. PKFZ is gazetted as a Free Zone incorporating both commercial and manufacturing activities, which are further supported by quality, value added services. This means that factories and logistics firms can be located in the same zone so as to allow for easier coordination and smoother supply chain management, making PKFZ the first development of its kind in Malaysia.
   
GLOBALLY CONNECTED BY LAND, AIR AND SEA :
Road - connected by the North Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) to the mainland's major highway networks.
Rail - connected to the Malaysian national rail grid right up to Southern Thailand and Bangkok.
